Vineyards
Our first grapes were planted in 2000 as a simple family project, but soon grew into an obsession. The first lots of grapes contained Cynthianna and Delaware varietys. In 2003, the vineyard was expanded to include Linior and Blanc Du Bois, which are fed with water from a nearby spring. Currently the vineyard altogether spans 10 acres. In the near future, we will plant more Cynthianna grapes in a 33 acre cleared area. The Grapes are harvested in the late summer, and the Muskadines in early fall. These hand picked treasures are then brought to the winery for processing.

After finishing out the winery and settling into business, we intend to plant more acres of varieties of grapes on recently cleared land and experiment with new flavors of wine. .
